Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh)
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (for topping )

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Peel and mash bananas.
  • In four 16-oz glass bowls, add ½ cup oats, ¼ cup cottage cheese, one egg, 1 tbsp mashed bananas, 1 tsp honey, ¼ tsp baking powder to each bowl and combine with a spoon.
  • Add ¼ cup blueberries to each bowl.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake at 375 degrees ℉ for 15-25 minutes.
