How To Make Greek-Inspired Chicken Pasta Salad with Tzatziki Dressing
Cut the chicken breast into cube-sized pieces and season with cajun seasoning, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan, add the chicken breast and cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Cook the pasta as instructed on the box.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes, dice the onion and red bell pepper.
Combine the tzatziki sauce, plain yogurt, oregano, garlic powder, and water to make the dressing at the bottom of the jars. Add the olives, corn, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cooked pasta, cooked chicken breast, and feta cheese to the jars.

- 1.5 LBs chicken breast

- 1 cup olives

- 8 TBSP tzatziki
- 4 TBSP plain yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 4 TBSP water

- Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Season with 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt to taste.

- In four mason jars, combine 2 tbsp tzatziki sauce, 1 tbsp yogurt, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp water in each jar.

- In each jar, add ⅓ cup olives, ⅓ cup corn, ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup red bell pepper, 1 tbsp onion, ½ cup cooked chicken breast, ¾ cup cooked past, and 1 tbsp feta.
