How To Make Ground Beef Kale, Potato, Corn Soup
Add the avocado oil to a pot and heat over medium heat. Then add the diced onion, garlic, thyme, salt, oregano, cayenne pepper, and black pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Transfer the ground beef to the pot, combine, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, tomato pasta, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and bay leaves, combine, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
