Commonly Asked Questions

Can the overnight oats be heated? Yes, you can heat them in the microwave for a few minutes, however, they are usually eaten cold. I suggest you store the fresh fruit in a separate container if you are going to heat the overnight oats.

How long will they last in the fridge? They can last in the refrigerator for up to five days if stored in an airtight container. They are best eaten the first two to three days because they soften over time.

What kind of oats should you use? I suggest you use rolled oats rather than quick oats because the consistency is better with rolled oats. However, you can use quick oats if that’s what you have.
