How To Make Steak Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Place the meat on a sheet pan, transfer it to the oven, and roast at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Allow the beef to cool, and then cut it into cubes.

Cut cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Finely chop the onion.

Place the eggs in a pot with cold water. Boil the water for 5-7 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for a few minutes. Once they’re cooled, peel and dice them.

Combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey mustard, salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder at the bottom of four 32 oz mason jars.
Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, steak, onion, egg, spring mix, and feta to each jar.

Can I cook the beef longer? I like mine well-cooked. Yes, you can; however, cooking it longer may make it chewy and hard. Also, please use sirloin beef, as I believe it cooks better.

Steak Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- 1.5 LBs. beef sirloin
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
- Half an onion
- 4 TBSP feta cheese
- 4 cups spring mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
Ingredients for dressing
- 4 TBSP honey mustard
- 4 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Transfer it to a sheet pan, place it in the oven, and roast at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until fully roasted.
- Wash and cut the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the onion.
- Place the eggs in a pot with cold water. Boil the water for 5-7 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for a few minutes. Once they're cooled, peel and dice them.
Add ingredients to jars
- In four 32-oz mason jars, add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey mustard, ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp black pepper, and salt to taste to each jar and combine with a spoon.
- Add ½ cup cucumber, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp onion, ½ cup cooked steak, one boiled egg, 1 cup spring mix, and 1 tbsp feta cheese to each jar.
- Whenever you are ready to eat, add one jar of mixture to a bowl, combine, and enjoy!
