Baked Oats With Cottage Cheese and Blueberries

This is the perfect warm and filling breakfast. These baked oats with cottage cheese and blueberries are delicious and high in protein. Starting your day with breakfast like this is essential because it provides vital nutrients.

- 2 cups oats
- 4 TBSP mashed bananas
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 tsp honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (for topping )
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Peel and mash bananas.
In four 16-oz glass bowls, add ½ cup oats, ¼ cup cottage cheese, one egg, 1 tbsp mashed bananas, 1 tsp honey, ¼ tsp baking powder to each bowl and combine with a spoon.
Add ¼ cup blueberries to each bowl.
Transfer to the oven and bake at 375 degrees ℉ for 15-25 minutes.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, add ½ Greek yogurt, and enjoy!
Please add the Greek yogurt when you are ready to eat.
You can reheat it in the microwave for a few minutes.
