Chia Pudding with Fresh Berries and Cocoa Powder

These chia pudding with fresh berries and Cocoa powder recipes are perfect for quick breakfast prep for the week. They are creamy, delicious, and high in fiber. If you are not a fan of overnight oats for breakfast, then this is your sign to try chia pudding.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 TBSP chia seeds
  • 3 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp honey
  • ½ cup Granola

Instructions
 

  • In four 16 oz glass jars, add 3 tbsp chia seeds, 3/4 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp honey to each jar.
  • Blend the strawberries and blueberries separately.
  • Add ¼ cup of the blended strawberries to one of the jars and ¼ cup of blended blueberries to another jar and combine with a spoon.
  • Add 2 tsp of cocoa powder to one of the jars and stir with a spoon.
  • Cover all four jars and transfer them to the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.

Toppings:

  • Add 1-2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of diced fresh strawberries, and 2 tbsp of granola to each jar, and enjoy!

Notes

Please use 1 cup of almond milk for the jars without the blended berries.
