Instructions
Wash and remove the skin from the pineapple and cut it into pieces.
Wash and chop the celery sticks.
Wash and cut the ginger and turmeric into small pieces.
Add all the ingredients to a
juicer
and juice and enjoy.
You can also use a blender. Add all the ingredients to a blender, add 4-5 cups of water, and blend. Use a strainer to strain out the juice, and enjoy.
