mushrooms

orange bell pepper

yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

broccoli

diced onion

olive oil

ground ginger

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
black pepper

tsp
cajun seasoning
salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the beef into cube sizes.
Wash and dice the bell peppers and onion.
Wash and cut the mushrooms and broccoli.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the beef, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli.
Add the olive oil and seasonings and stir.
Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and roast at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Allow to cool, and enjoy!
Notes
This meal can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days in airtight glass containers.
