Sheet Pan Steak and Mushroom with Pepper and Broccoli

This Sheet Pan Steak and Mushroom with Pepper and Broccoli is a quick and easy meal prep dinner that can be ready in 30 minutes. It is also delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 LBs. Beef
  • 2-3 cups mushrooms
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 oz broccoli
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the beef into cube sizes.
  • Wash and dice the bell peppers and onion.
  • Wash and cut the mushrooms and broccoli.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the beef, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli.
  • Add the olive oil and seasonings and stir.
  • Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and roast at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Allow to cool, and enjoy!

Notes

This meal can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 days in airtight glass containers.
